    By using a variety of training methods and Fitness programs, we are able to build strong minds and even stronger bodies. CMS offers you a wide variety of training equipment, such as: Speed bags, Heavy bags. Banana bags , Double-end bags. Upper-cut bags, Specialty bags, Six (6) fighting squares, Ropes for climbing, Wooden dummies and more

    We closely monitor each student’s progress and guide them every step of the way. We believe that being a martial artist is not just learning to kick and punch – it’s about becoming the best that you can be in every way, life with a greater sense of well being, self confidence, physical and mental discipline and awareness.

  • 6 AM - 9 AM

    Adult MMA Boot Camp

    At Combined Martial Science, our carefully structured programs go far beyond punching, blocking and kicking.

  • 6 PM - 7 PM

    Family Kick Boxing (Adults & Kids)

    Our Kickboxing program is a great workout, whether you’ve never kicked before, or you are a seasoned martial artist.

  • 5 PM - 6 PM

    Judo

    In Judo, you will learn to use over 65 throws, numerous pinning techniques, and hundreds of arm bars and choking techniques.

  • 3 PM - 4 PM

    Little Champs

    Our Little Champs classes are age-appropriate, fast-paced, fun-filled, educational and motivational.

  • 4 PM - 5 PM

    Kids Catch Wrestling

    Our children’s martial arts program helps children develop improved strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and endurance.

  • 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM

    MMA for Kids with Autism

    At Combined Martial Science, we believe that martial arts provides a way of learning how to cope with the symptoms of autism.

Trainers

  • Sensei Tony Allen

    Sensei Tony Allen, owner of Combined Martial Science, is our master instructor and head Sensei. He has over 45 years of martial arts experience, having begun his martial arts career at the young age of eight.

  • Sensei Emory Clay

    Sensei Emory Clay, our "Dojo Pit Bull," is a 3rd-degree Black Belt. He began studying martial arts when he was 4 years old, learning Karate, Muay Thai kickboxing, Judo and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

  • Sensei Josh Allen

    Sensei Josh Allen is a 1st-Degree Black Belt with over 23 years of experience in martial arts. As a young man, he competed in local, state, and national martial arts tournaments.

  • Sensei Doug Cochran

    Sensei Doug Cochran has been training in Sumo since 2003, and he currently holds the rank of 2nd-Degree Ni dan. Doug originally trained under Sensei Jeff Riddle, U.S. Champion Dan Kalbfleisch, and World Champion Byambajav Ulambayar.
